All tours depart from central Hanoi. Exact meeting points are confirmed in your booking. Most pick-ups are within the Old Quarter or Hoan Kiem area.

Transport from Hanoi hub, all meals, accommodation, all activities, Unlock challenges, and your dedicated Morning Vietnam host. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.

Yes, within reason. All tours have a core structure we've tested and refined. We can adjust pacing, add a free afternoon, or accommodate dietary needs. Contact us before booking.

Rain doesn't cancel a Morning Vietnam tour — rain changes the adventure. Every tour has flexible alternatives built in. We've never had a tour ruined by weather.

We run tours throughout the year, adapting routes to the season. Some tours are at their best in dry season; others are genuinely better in the rain. Each tour page shows its optimal window.

Absolutely. Solo but not alone — you join a small group and leave with friends. No single supplement on standard tours.

No payment at booking. After we confirm your spot (within 24h), we'll request a deposit to secure your place. Balance due 14 days before departure. We accept bank transfer and major cards.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure (deposit refunded). 50% refund 7–14 days before. No refund under 7 days, but we'll do our best to rebook you on a future date.

Yes, we can often arrange extra nights in Hanoi or at the destination. Let us know when you enquire and we'll build it into your quote.
